MOUZ star Jimpphat says he never intended to depart after StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 and supports keeping the current roster

Jimmy Salo, known in the Counter-Strike 2 scene as Jimpphat and a member of MOUZ, stated that he never planned to leave the organization after the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025. The player made the remarks in an interview with the esports outlet bo3.gg, addressing recent speculation about his future with the team.

Asked about reports that he wanted to exit MOUZ following the Major — a claim attributed to fellow pro SPUNJ — Jimpphat replied that those rumors were unfounded. He said, 'I never wanted to leave MOUZ. I honestly don't know where these rumors came from. I don't know where he heard it.'

Jimpphat went on to emphasize that there were no plans to change the lineup and that the squad still has ambitions to achieve more together. 'There were never plans to leave or change the roster. We still have a lot to do together. We want to win trophies, and I believe this roster is fully capable of that. That's one reason the roster remained the same — we believe in everyone,' he said.

The rumors about Jimpphat potentially leaving MOUZ first surfaced in December 2025, and in January there were reports suggesting he might join Team Falcons. Despite the speculation, MOUZ entered the new season without making changes to its active roster.
