Lotan “Spinx” Giladi, the rifler for MOUZ’s CS2 roster, has pointed to a young talent he believes could make a name for himself on the professional scene in 2026. In an interview with HLTV, Spinx singled out 16‑year‑old Liam “MaiL09” Tügel as a player to watch.
Spinx said he had faced MaiL09 in a couple of FACEIT matches and was impressed by the youngster’s play and game sense. He noted that when a player reaches the top of the FACEIT ladder, rapid progress into higher competitive tiers is often possible, which makes MaiL09’s climb noteworthy.
MaiL09 first appeared on the professional circuit in 2021. In July 2025 he signed with Metizport, but the club announced his move to the reserves in under six months. Despite that setback, his performances have drawn attention from established pros and observers.
By the time this report was written, MaiL09’s average rating in matches counted by HLTV stood at 1.11. In November he amassed 5,415 Elo on FACEIT, a mark that set a new record for the platform at the time.
Whether MaiL09 will break through to a permanent spot on a top squad remains to be seen, but endorsements from experienced players like Spinx and the statistical highlights he has posted suggest he is among the youth most likely to be monitored by teams and talent scouts heading into 2026.
