Netflix has announced information surrounding the final episode of the science-fiction series Stranger Things. The streaming service also shared promotional details tied to the season’s conclusion and its performance since the recent release.
The first part of the fifth season amassed 102.6 million views within 25 days of release, a figure that propelled the show to the top of engagement charts and placed it ahead of other high-profile series such as Wednesday and Squid Game.
Alongside those numbers, Netflix disclosed which moments from the franchise have been rewatched the most over the series’ run. The single most replayed sequence comes from the fourth season, in which the character Nancy falls under the influence of Vecna. The second-most replayed moment is the musical scene featuring Dustin and Suzie from the third season finale.
Stranger Things originally premiered in 2016. As of the latest reports, the series holds an average user rating of 8.7 out of 10 on IMDb and 8.4 out of 10 on the Russian service Kinopoisk.
The first half of Season 5 was released on November 26, 2025, and the final episode is scheduled to be released on December 31, 2025.
